This is not intended to be a complete build 132 point build guide. A single rank early on when wanding may be useful. Wand Chaos is great when you're using your wands for DPS, but its effectiveness is based on how often you use your wands for DPS. Putting more than 5 ranks in is probably going to be a waste.
Rank 5 extends this to 10 seconds, ensuring that once you get an effect on a target, that effect is going to stay there for the rest of the target's pain filled life, however this should not be a high priority. Your effects from Prismatic Bolt will last almost 6 seconds at later levels and will probably be refreshed before they clear if you are spamming Prismatic Bolt. Rank 15 eventually, but it isn't a high priority.Įlemental Attunement is useful, but don't be fooled into pumping it too much. Rank 1 at level 7.Ĭharge Mastery will make your automatic 20% spell damage steroid come more often. Which one you choose to level first is up to you, probably based on what types of wands you are using.įrozen Fate is, like many other Frost skills, amazing with just a single rank. As soon as these become available, they should be your top priority behind Prismatic Bolt itself. Because Prismatic Bolt can inflict all three effects, all three of these damage types are likely to proc often. Towards the mid game, you'll have better things to spend your skill points on, however.įire, Ice, and Lightning Brand are when this build really shines. This should be pretty high priority for you at all times, especially early on. Prismatic Rift keeps enemies away from you in those rare cases when you can't stay away from them. If you do decide to rank it up, start building it later. As with Astral Ally, Elemental Boon good at Rank 1 and great at Rank 15 but isn't very cost efficient between until rank 10. Rank 1 eventually, but it isn't a high priority. My suggestion is to place a single point in it as soon as possible, then leave it until the later end game before maxing it.Įlemental Boon is a nifty steroid, but not mana effective and fairly short in duration. Rank 1, take it soon after it becomes available, leave it there.Īstral Ally is a great way to boost your damage output and really shines at Rank 1, is always up at Rank 11, and is completely worth maxing out to Rank 15.
